Chanelle Birthday Party cum Special Event
Venue = Valencia, Yacht
*Boarding = One 15 Marina Port
Date = 26th September 2020 (Saturday)
Time = 5.00pm – 10.00pm
*everyone gather at One 15 Marina (Singapore) Lobby – 4.30pm, meet PIC Danny Ong
Theme = Elegant Black, Silver and White
*All guests are encourage to wear light grey / silver / white (in priority sequence)
Attendance
[Singapore on-site attendance] = 13 + 3 (Videographer + Photographer) Pax
[Virtual attendance] = 50+ Pax
General Program Flow
4.30pm – All guests to arrive at ONE°15 MARINA, @Danny will be the PIC and bring everyone to the yacht as it will be a 5- to 10-minutes walk from the meeting point to the yacht.
Meet up point = 7/11 shop @Danny. Look for Danny Ong.
4.45pm – All guests onboard (hide inside) the yacht (to surprise Chanelle)
5.00pm – Jay and Chanelle arrive
5.15pm – Yacht sails, party starts
*we shall anchor at St. John Island Bay area as Internet and phone coverage is stronger (we have virtual attendance too)
6.15pm – Finger food is served
7.00pm-7.15pm – Sunset phototaking session
*we have 1 dedicated photographer and 2 dedicated videographer onboard 😉
7.30pm-8pm – Birthday celebration with surprise element

8.00pm – Dinner starts, party continues
10.00pm – Party ends

General Updates & Safety
So far we had covered F&B (vegetarian or more choices? Non-alchohol is covered for Sarah and Sharon. PIC: @Danny
Dress code we stick to “Light Grey / Silver / White”.
For ladies, avoid long-tail type as it’s on yacht.
For gentlemen, long/short pants is up to you @Ashley @Shirlene (if you have other thought you can share here ya)
For safety, please take note on:
- We will go shoe-less (No Shoes on yacht) when boarding the yacht as safety concern to avoid slippery
Crew will prepare boxes for us to keep our shoes).
The yacht will be disinfect and cleaned up nicely so don’t worry about barefoot and walking around on yacht ya.
*However, i understand ladies might want to wear high-heel during photoshoot; It will still based on captain’s order as safety first; - If you have seasick issue, i will suggest you to take motion-sickness pill about 30~60 minutes before on board (about 4pm is fine as we will sail out at 5pm+)
- There are 2 toilets available on yacht. You can also shower if you want, bring your own towel for hygiene concern, if necessary.
- MUST bring and wear mask to go onboard. General safety will share out (if there’s any others). PIC: @Valerie Thong as the rules are set by One 15 Marina Club.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE Details
First of all, thank you so much for accepting my invitation to Chanelle’s Birthday Party cum Special Moment! It’s my utmost honor to have you with us and your attendance shown that distance not stopping us from keep in touch with each other!
As physically the party will be held from 17:00 (5pm) to 22:00 (10pm), i shall greatly appreciated that you will join in between 19:30 (7.30pm) to 20:30 (8.30pm) as there will be special gimmicks, the breakdown of the timeline shall be:
19:15~19:30 = Sunset Photoshooting Around the Yacht (some crew will secretly prepare for the birthday and special event gimmicks!)
*To make things exciting, all virtual attendance are SECRET until the moment we reveal everyone by showing your attendance at BIG SCREEN – SURPRISE#3
19:30 = Chanelle will be attracted by “Sudden Off Light” and “Candle Light on 2 Layers Chanel’s Cake”, with birthday song – Surprise#1

19:35+- = Make Wish & Blow Candle Moment -> Cut Cake & Distribute Cake
*I’m truly apologize that we can’t “deliver” the cake to you
19:35~19:40 = Photoshoot with Birthday Girl (very quick one)
19:40 = Chanelle “Thank You” Speech
(we want her to feel like the surprise is over)
19:45 = “Big Box Present” revealed
(we will trick her that the present is by all of us and ask her to open)
19:46 = “Will you marry me” balloons pop up + Proposal Montage Video – Surprise#2 Showing (both live and virtually shall see the same video)
+5minutes since montage video = Jay’s Proposal Speech, with the help of All Attendances guest humming the song “Nervous – by Gavin James” to amplify the feeling in terms of support from everyone
+1~2minutes = Final Question = Waiting for YES
Once Chanelle say YES, video will fast-forward (if needed) to [08:55] by revealing “She Said Yes” scene and everyone will sing “Perfect by Ed Sheeran”
20:00+- = TV will reveal all virtual attendees – Surprise#3
